Home includes all the amenities you will need and various outdoor items for you to use during your stay. The home includes all the amenities you will need including bedding, towels, beach towels, a kitchen with all the essentials, kitchenette w/2nd refrigerator, washer/dryer, Roku TVs, Wi-Fi, 2 arcade games, board games, outdoor games, off-street parking for up to 4-5 cars, 2 kayaks and various other outdoor items for you to use during your stay. The backyard is mostly fenced but pets and children should not be left unattended at anytime. Enjoy the use of a private dock with room for 2 boats (dock is available Mid April - End of October due to water levels in the lake) and have access to your very own boat launch (only should be used by experienced boaters). Enjoy both of the huge covered decks with breathtaking lake views and plenty of room to spread out or gather together. The house is centrally located and close to everything in south downtown Moses Lake. It’s just minutes to many great restaurants, cute little shops and several grocery stores. Bring your ATV's and play at the Sand Dunes that are just 7 miles away. In the summer, enjoy the Surf n' Slide water park 1.5 miles away. There’s a Tesla Supercharging station less than 2 miles from the house. -- Home layout -- Upstairs (main floor): - 2 Bedrooms (1 king bed in each room + Roku tv) - 1 Bathroom (stand up shower) - Full Kitchen (main kitchen) - Living room + Roku tv - Dining room seats 8 comfortably (can fit up to12) - Sun room (we call it the wood room!) - Access to the upper large covered deck - Stairs to back yard with gate for safety (Very steep - use with caution) Downstairs: - 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds & Roku TVs) - Game room (2 twin bunk beds) - 1 Bathroom (shower/bath combo) - Kitchenette & bar area (w/2nd fridge) - Family room + Roku tv (1 queen pullout couch) - Laundry room - Access to lower covered patio w/bar area & backyard LAKE LEVEL - The lake level is lowered the first week of November and starts to fill back up first week of April. Boats can only be docked at the home Mid April-End of October. Please be aware the Lake is really shallow in places near the home so use extreme caution when boating, swimming and jumping in the lake. Boat launch is steep use extra caution when using it. **DUST** Due to the house being in the desert the patio, deck and yard can get dusty quickly. We make every effort to clean the areas between guests but they may need wiped down before using. **BUGS & WILDLIFE** Due to the lake life and desert environment, you may occasionally see a bug that’s not welcome in the home, outside bugs, and local wildlife on the property. We have the home treated regularly to prevent bugs & unwanted wildlife visitors but please understand we cannot control Mother Nature. PLEASE NOTE: Guests will NOT have access to two closets (one maid closet in King Bedroom 1 & one owners closet in the upstairs hallway) the entire garage and the boathouse where our boat is stored during summer months. Besides these areas, the rental includes the rest of the home for you to use during your stay. For safety please do not allow children to play near the boat house. Guest access PLEASE NOTE: Guests will NOT have access to the garage, 1 closet in master bedroom, closet in upstairs hallway and the boathouse where our boat is stored April-October, besides these areas the rental includes the rest of the home for you to use during your stay. For safety please do not go in boat house when boat is present. Other things to note SECURITY CAMERAS: This property features exterior security cameras that are motion activated and record video and sound: 1 camera is at the front door, 1 camera is on the carport/driveway, 2 cameras are at the boat launch, 1 camera is on the side gate/deck stairs, and 1 camera is facing the boat house/boat shed. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. Tampering with the internet or any security cameras will result in eviction without refund.
