Just enough room for a small family or a few friends who want the comforts of home. Especially a comfy couch and big TV. 1 king bed, and 2 twin rooms, all comfortable is a good feature too. Most of the beauty of Redding is not in a house though, its encountering the beauty of nature that the town has to offer. Plus all the unique coffee shops and eateries. Guest access Your driveway is to the left of the house. The driveway to the right is for the small Guest house in the back. You have access to the backyard and rear patio deck. Quiet time is 10 PM.-7AM. Other things to note Please do not leave the air conditioner , lights or heater on when you are away. Help me conserve and keep cost down of providing a hosted homestay.
