Four bedroom house, all en-suite! Beaumont House is a good sized, four bedroom terraced house, in a pleasant residential area of Warrington. The bedrooms are well proportioned with double beds in each and all are en-suite so no queuing for the loo! One of the bedrooms can be found on the ground floor, there is a workspace in every bedroom room and the kitchen is equipped with a dining table and chairs, Smart TV, washing machine and tumble dryer and everything else one could need for a comfy home away from home experience. The sitting room is currently being upgraded so unfortunateky we don't have images yet. But it will have a Smart TV, comfy sofa which double as a bed and there is even a spare walk in shower room off it. Beaumont House is perfect for travelling workers and contractrs or those in need of a temporary home. If you fail to adhere to the house rules your deposit will be will not be returned and additional charges may apply.   Pets are not permitted at this property. No Smoking is permitted in the property! Parking must be on the driveway or street, however please be mindful of the residents. Check out is 10am, if you wish to have a later checkout please contact the property manager on-07741-272-029 otherwise you will be charged for the late checkout is past 10am. Any damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply. Partying and excessive noise is not permitted.
