This is Sears kit house. Yes Sears & Roebuck department stores at one time sold houses out of their catalog. This house was built some time around 1940 and was surrounded by local apple orchards. Across the street was the famous Ziegler orchard that made Ziegler apple cider. If you need a GOOD VALUE stay for one night, a few days, a week, a month or more this is the place. This house is located on Bethlehem Pike (Route 309) so at times the road can be busy. The space The rental unit is the first story of the house with living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bath. Outside in the front is a porch and in the rear is a gated area that I'm in the process of setting up. This not a 10-star hotel - It's a very GOOD VALUE house on a road that can be busy at times, as reflected by the price.
