My place is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, University of New York at Buffalo, The DENT Institute, the airport, the city center, and nightlife. Guest access Mi casa su casa, meaning 'our house is your house', while you stay here! Some guests stay in their rooms, some wander throughout. My daughters and I lead busy, engaged lives and our guests seem to do the same! PS: Our cat, Miss Shadow, is quite busy, too - that is, a 'free, friendly spirit'. :) During your stay I am very knowledgeable of Western New York, and Niagara Falls is 30 minutes away! I know delectable dining spots, awesome shopping sites, and anything medical/University-related. Other things to note I live with teens, education-friendly house, so we appreciate quiet after 9 pm/during the school year. Also, we value 'sleep' - please be respectful and quiet when others are sleeping, and we will do the same. :)
