Views, privacy and convenience! This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit to the area. A perfect spot with amazing views of Athens and the Hocking River. Mill House has no neighbors on the Hocking so it’s just you and the other guests. You will find ample and comfortable sleeping arrangements featuring five queen beds. Also included are two entertainment rooms and a beautiful deck overlooking our beautiful little city. Enjoy! The space The whole unit is updated. Two entertainment rooms with TVs and lots of books and games. There are stairs to climb if that’s something you consider. Enjoy the deck as well. Please note a grill is provided upon request. The views are great and as with all our BnBs it’s super clean. Guest access You have access to the upstairs unit of the home. Included is the deck and attached breezeway. The grassy part of the river bank but not behind the mill. Other things to note We insist guests stay away from the falls behind the mill for your own safety. Also we are strict on our check in and out times. For time to clean and sanitize please don’t ask us to alter these times. Thank you.
