Whether you're planning a wedding, birthday party, baby shower, or graduation we've got you covered. Space can be customized for a small intimate gathering, a large spacious one, or anywhere in between. The space We have table seating for up to 60 people and several lounge areas to relax in. Two indoor spaces include original cottage built in 1937 and historical speakeasy from the prohibition era. Speakeasy has been converted into a game room with a pool table, table tennis, corn hole, board games, card games, and toys for children of all ages. Food trucks and catering are preferred. Large deck is fully covered, additional 10x20 white tent is available and outdoor lights are included for evening events. New for 2024 We now offer 720sq ft of indoor space known as "The Barn Room." This area is not included in the rental, but can be added in if you wish to use. Please message me for details if you are interested. Other things to note Smoking allowed only in designated area. Dogs and other pets not allowed. No confetti, confetti filled ballons, or glitter decorations. No music with vulgar lyrics and no music after 9pm (7pm on Sundays) New for 2025 Price listed is for 6 consecutive hours of your choosing between 10am and 11pm.
