This room is in my basement of a 2-bedroom residential house. You will have a remodeled large private space with a new full size bed, target COTTON bedding which is vey very comfortable, a brand new HEIGHT adjustable desk, which is great for working from home, a brand new 65” SONY BRAVIA XR LED TV, which is designed to watch from bed. A heater and dehumidifier are provided in the room, an iron and steamer are placed near washer and dryer. I couldn’t list everything, please ask me for others. The space This is a ranch house, your room is located in basement. A dehumidifier is ON for 24/7, so you should not feel any humidity. The room has new flooring, newly painted walls, brand new window and door. It’s very spacious with many brand new furnitures and exercise equipments either in the room or garage. Guest access Hallway, living room and kitchen are common areas, open to guests. During your stay Let me know IMMEDIATELY any of your concerns and issues I should address.
