You will be just outside the city, tucked into a small quiet neighborhood surrounded by woods minutes from Marquette or Negaunee city. A large parking lot fits up to 8 vehicles. This is an older home that we are slowly updating. Pet sitter available within half mile of house. Our home is surrounded by outdoor adventures. Canoe the many rivers or inland lake, Bike/hike some of the best trails in the US or just relax, have your friends over, cook a great meal, play outside or watch a movie! The space -Spacious kitchen with breakfast nook. -Dining and living room are perfect for large groups. -Main floor bedroom and bath -Upstairs reading/play space with toys and books for kids. ( stairway is steeper than average.) -Bedroom/office with large window Large windows through out the house look out at the beautiful wooded surroundings. (The Full size sofa bed in the upstairs bedroom is conducive to smaller adults or children) Guest access Guests will have full access to the house and yard with enough parking for guests and friends. If you would like to host a gathering or have more than 9 guests please message us! We welcome tent camping and RVs. There is an outdoor seating area with picnic table and fire pit. Wood for fire pit is available to purchase at road side stand about half mile from house. Walking, off trail skiing & jogging the neighborhood is safe and neighbors are friendly. Snowmobile trail access is half mile away and groomed ski trails are close by. Other things to note We welcome any and all guests who will respect our space.
