Our treetop tipi is a 1 of a kind experience you will not soon forget! Take a short nature walk up to the roughly 400 sf tipi decked out in woodsy cabin decor. With 3 comfy beds don't forget your friends! Enjoy your morning cup of tea or coffee on the porch while gazing into the canopy of trees and listening to the array of bird songs which are sure to impress even a non-camper! This glamorous campsite is doused with personal touches you're sure to love as much as we do! The space When you arrive at TreeTop Tipi you will be welcomed by the canopy of trees. Park at the bottom of the driveway and enjoy the short nature walk up the driveway to the communal fire-pit area. Equipped with picnic table and ample seating you will enjoy late nights under the stars roasting dinner and dining together around a warm fire. We have made sure to provide firewood for your use, but with all of the rain we have been having, please be sure to keep the wood covered. Head up the short hand crafted gravel path with landscape lights to guide you to your TreeTop retreat. Simply punch in the provided code to open the door to your relaxing stay. Enjoy amenities such as internet, propane cooktop with cast iron pan provided, mini fridge and electricity to make your stay as convenient and hassle free as possible. We also have the luxury of a full bathroom, toilet vanity and shower included along with a heater for the chilly winter days. The tipi itself is equipped with both heat and air conditioning (and is fully insulated). Sit back and unwind in our hand crafted reclined chairs and dim the lights on the unique antler chandelier. No worries about the late night, you can enjoy a hot cup of coffee on the porch the next morning after being gently awoken to the natural light and countless singing birds in the canopy of trees you gaze out on. In your city escape you will truly feel like you're in paradise and all within minutes of restaurants, shopping, late night drinks and ample activities for families and couples alike. Just 2 miles from Downtown Marshall, 20 minutes from Hot Springs, and 25 minutes from Downtown Asheville you'll truly love how off the beaten path you feel with all the convenience of adventure at your fingertips. We have a nice bring a bottle, leave a bottle of wine policy at the tipi. If you open a bottle of wine with the intent to drink it, but do not have a chance to replace it, no worries. We have a $10.00 fee you can place in the wine box for your convenience. We will also happily send you a request if you would prefer to pay for the wine through the Airbnb site instead. But please let us know so we can replace the bottle for the next guest to enjoy! (It really helps us to know to bring the extra bottle during the changeover for next guests! So thanks in advance!) In regards to your furry friends; we will only accept your well behaved dogs with a 30.00 pet fee, the understanding that they are not allowed on the furniture, you are responsible any damages incurred while they are staying at our location and prior discussion with us. Due to the lack of respect of other guests about communicating about our pet policy, if you bring a pet without prior discussion we will charge a 60.00 deep cleaning fee and make sure to note it on your review as a guest. Communication is so important to us, please never hesitate to ask questions or to let us know what your needs are! We strive to make every guest's stay with us to be special and enjoyable retreat. Looking forward to hosting you. Guest access You will have full access to the Tipi grounds as well as the parking lot located at the bottom of the driveway. Please note the driveway continues up past the tipi fire pit grounds. Past this area is a private space and currently has a someone residing. Thank you for respecting their privacy! Other things to note We provide a small propane cooktop inside of the tipi perfect for whipping up a quick batch of scrambled eggs for breakfast. We also have a charcoal grill by the camp fire, feel free to utilize but be sure to grab some charcoal as it’s not guaranteed to be provided! We also have a coffee percolator (please clean after using). Some odds and ends for utensils (complete place setting for four people and mugs) are provided but I do recommend bringing paper goods if you need any more than that. We do have a take what you bring trash policy. We have furry friends that like to dig thru bags left behind and not reached before cleaning and there is no garbage pickup in this area. Please carry out what you carry in and not leave trash at the tipi. Speaking of our furry friends; we will accept your well behaved dogs with a 30.00 pet fee and the understanding that they are not allowed on the furniture and you are responsible any damages incurred while they are staying at our location. Lastly, upon your arrival you may notice the entry mat hanging on the railing. We like to keep the tipi fresh and airy and we found by hanging the rug we can achieve this! Feel free to put the rug inside upon arrival! It helps catch some dirt and debri you may have tracked up the path! Most importantly, enjoy your stay, unwind, and take it all in.
