If needed, there is an additional queen suite upstairs for a second additional couple for an additional fee. Maximum allowed is 4 adults. Upstairs is reserved for family to visit when the property is vacant. Due to the upscale furnishings, our insurance requirements and to assure your complete privacy, no children under the age of 18, and no pets are permitted in the home. The Space: Eagle's Perch offers a Weber Grill on the front deck overlooking the lake, Keurig coffee maker with assorted organic coffees, full gourmet kitchen with upscale appliances and Caphalon cookware are just a few of the amenities included. Two outdoor wrap around porches and an additional screen porch to enjoy your morning coffee.
