Please keep windows closed if the A/C unit is running. The property owner does live in the lower unit and has 3 dogs, who may occasionally bark. They are, however, very friendly if you happen to meet them in the backyard. Renters will have one designated parking space on a cement slab across the street. If you need additional parking, please make arrangements with the property manager, Becky, prior to your arrival.
