Several restaurants and conveniences within 1 mile. Great neighborhood setting in a safe area. Large open space with a lot of natural light. NO PETS are allowed but a reputable kennel is 1/2 mile away. No events or gatherings allowed. NO TRAILERS allowed. The space The layout of our carriage house is a bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed, on the second floor is another bedroom with two single beds, large living space, kitchenette (no oven or stove) and bathroom. Other things to note We do not allow smoking or pets in or on the premises. Also, we do not allow the property to be used as a gathering place. We live in a development and respect the neighbors. NO trailers allowed.
