The Lavender Kickback Lounge" BASEMENT SUITE" is very stylish & comfortable. The SUITE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR KIDS!! It's a very great pick 4 a girls trip, Dream Big getaway or a Photo-shoot it's totally up to you. My suite sleeps up to 5 people max...& it should only be 1 up until 5 max sleeping in the suite!!! NO ACCEPTIONS!!! Small gatherings & Kickbacks are welcome!!!!While 5 people is the max, you can invite 3 more people but they can not sleep-in...NO WEAPONS ARE PERMITTED ON MY PROPERTY!!!! The space My place is very comfortable, & very quiet it'll make you wanna stay longer..... Please keep in mind the Lavender Kickback Lounge is our finished "basement suite" that's behind the house with a separate entrance through the gate, so I do not suggest anyone over 6 4" height to book because again it's a finished "basement suite" ....... Guest access You can access the patio unlimited amount of times up until 12midnight..In that area you can smoke, play music or simply relax & have a small Kickback or gather.. I also have Hookahs for rent upon request 8pm is the deadline for request. & the rental fee is the exact same amount once you run out..... Other things to note !!!!!ATTENTION Guest!!!This space is not suitable for kids, only 12years old & up! !!! ATTENTION GUEST!!!Please straighten up as much as you can before CHECKING out!!!!!!!PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY TRASH IN THE GARBAGE 🗑️inside the suite "you can dispose all your garbage inside of the green garbage can outside" OR do not leave FOOD INSIDE OF THE REFRIGERATOR or dirty dishes that you've used inside of the sink. IF SO IT'LL BE A PENALTY OF $250 TAKING FROM WHATEVER CARD, YOU USED to BOOK MY PLACE WITH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also if any of my things are taking from the property that'll be another $250 penalty! THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!!& as far as Kickbacks & small gatherings go, if your gonna book for that soul PURPOSE make sure everyone is extremely mature enough to come & safely enjoy each other's company...If things should get out of hand I will definitely SHUT EVERYTHING DOWN & SIMPLY have the cops escourt you off my property & you can NEVER BOOK WITH ME EVER AGAIN!!!!!!SO think hard before you book & invite immature guest....Also I have a 7day stay special for $1400 & a 30 day "temporary stay" special for $4000..….For more info message me
