The space The accommodation has a comfortable area that includes the kitchen with basic cooking utensils, dining room, a sturdy double sofa bed and WiFi throughout the accommodation. However, it is provided with central air conditioning for all lodging and a a balcony with spectacular ocean views, a social area and pools. In the annex corridor there is a full bathroom and then a room with a bunk bed with 2 single beds and a double bed, closet and private bathroom. The apartment has a covered parking space for a single vehicle with direct access to the elevators from the basement and ground floor. Guest access The building has a nice social area, a beach view, and a huge sea. A recreational space that includes three individual roofed grills with dishwasher area, dining room, awnings with their respective tables and chairs, external shower, beach extension chairs, swimming pools for adults and children, parking for one vehicle, internal security 24 hours a day and electrical plant with total coverage for the entire building. Other things to note Guests must bring their supply of sheets, be sensitive to the low temperature provided by the air conditioner, towels, towels, dishwashers, and personal cleaning products, but the home does have pillows with protective covers just like mattresses. Guests are appreciated to keep the window closed while the air conditioner is working and comply with the rules set out in the apartment and residential coexistence, which are found to be described and located visibly in the accommodation and social area respectively.
