My wife and I just bought the house. We are the first owner. The house is 5 bedrooms, but normally, we are only renting out 3 bedrooms, we have the rights to make changes in our home. It is a 2-story home and all the rented bedrooms are upstairs. The house has outdoor cameras, indoor cameras(public areas such as living room downstairs, living room upstairs, laundry)for all of our safety. We will give you the privacy you need and we will provide a temporary pin to our door for self check-in. The space The H Urban Retreat has 3/4 bedrooms available for rental. Each listing is for one room. One bedroom can have up to 3 adults. We also have extra rollaway bed (twin size) if needed. $10 extra for the rollaway bed or for the 3rd guest whichever applies. It will be automatically applied during booking, so pls put the correct number of guests upon booking or mention if you need the extra bed. You are renting 1 private bedroom, but shared bathroom and shared living room on the second floor of the house. We do not allow pets, we do not allow use of our kitchen, garage, bar, and office are off limits (you are not allowed to go). We let you use our laundry for free, but if we see that you are not following our rules, we can revoke your privilege anytime. You will need to use your own laundry soap, pods is preferred. There's one full bathroom upstairs and half bath downstairs. You can only park 1 vehicle on the street, if you are bringing an extra car, one of the car needs to park further down the the road because our main priority is each booking can park somewhat near the house. Self check-in, and self check-out. I prefer the communication to stay on airbnb, but for emergency you can contact me via text, or you can ask me in person as well. Other things to note We have a medium size dog! It is in the listing and photo, but i just want to repeat it here to make sure you know what to expect. He is a pomsky (Pomeranian- husky mixed), he barks when first time meeting guest(s), but he is a sweet dog and he doesn’t make a lot of noises except when people are going in and out of the house or if mailman is on the porch. He is potty trained and trained not to go upstairs, unless someone calls him to go there.
