The space The entire house and premises shall be reserved entirely for you and your traveling party (excluding garage access). While I do not live on site, I do live nearby and minutes away if needed. Unlike many others, the house is for you and only you to use. The lot is NOT split, subdivided, or shared in anyway. If the noise decibel reaches above 70dB for an extended period of time (10 minutes), you will be given one warning to quiet down. If the loud noise persists, you will be asked to leave immediately without refund. Appropriate law authorities will be called upon and you will be deemed as trespassers on private property. Being loud is a prohibited auditory form of disturbance to an otherwise quiet neighborhood. Gathering outside on the driveway, near the street, in front of any of my neighbor's properties, is a form of visual disturbance and also prohibited. Do neither. Be respectful and behave as responsible adults. ☒ 𝗡𝗢 𝗨𝗡𝗔𝗨𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗭𝗘𝗗 𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗦 𝗪𝗜𝗧𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗢𝗥 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗧. DO NOT sneak additional guests in. The house will be prepared for the size of the group on the reservation. An accurate guest representation or guest count is needed to determine the proper beddings and linens to be offered. Please ask about the possibility and availability of using our strollers, child safety seats, pack-and-play, baby swing, high chair, activity centers, etc. 𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗗𝗢𝗢𝗥 𝗦𝗨𝗥𝗩𝗘𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗖𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗦 / 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗖𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗨𝗥𝗘𝗦 Our house has five (5) outdoor cameras as security and safety measures. These cameras are as follows: ☒ Doorbell camera at front door (line of sight toward the East and shows front porch and driveway) ☒ Overhead floodlight camera at front porch (line of sight toward the East and shows driveway and street) ☒ Overhead camera above garage door (line of sight toward the South and shows driveway and street) ☒ Overhead camera above driveway (line of sight toward the North and shows driveway and garage) ☒ Overhead camera across waterfall at backyard area (line of sight toward the West and shows waterfall and rocking bench) ☒ Noise Monitor by Minut. Located above the dining area. This device does neither records nor transmit audio, dialogue, and/or conversations of any kind. The device is only capable of recording the noise decibel levels and is in place to mitigate parties or excessive noise during city quiet hours. The camera at the backyard area is necessary for liability and safety reasons. In the very unlikely event the fire pit was left lit while away, we would have a record of events. Similarly, if a guest irresponsibly slips and is injured climbing or attempting to climb the rocks of the water fall feature, we would have a timeline of how and when the injury occurred. We DO NOT actively monitor these cameras out of respect to our guests. We expect our guests to act and care for the property responsibly; therefore we DO NOT "spy" or "peek" on our guests. However, guests should be aware that "detected activities" are recorded. The cameras are not continuously recording; rather they only record when an event is triggered. None of these cameras have a line of sight or is capable of viewing indoor spaces. As described above, the cameras are aimed at the garage, driveway, streets and waterfall landscaped area. There are NO indoor cameras. There are NO forms of video surveillance for activities inside the home. As our guests, your privacy is of the utmost importance. We wholeheartedly trust our guests and expect that our trust is not abused. Tampering with any of the cameras is strictly prohibited. Each camera is programmed with an alarm. An alert will be be sent if a camera is moved or lens blocked. In addition to the aforementioned video cameras, there are also noise sensitive devices around the outdoor premises. These devices are in place to monitor and manage unacceptable noise activities, such as parties. If noise levels reach a certain decibel, I'll be alerted and your group may be asked to leave without refund. I am not concern with the level of noise within the house so long as it is not transmitted or heard outside. Bottom line: You will be occupying a house in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Keep it that way and there will be no problems! Upon booking, you and your party acknowledges that each person has fully read, understand, and agree with above surveillance conditions. If any person of your party do not agree, please do not continue to book. 𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗟𝗦 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗩𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗗 𝗔𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗧 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗢 𝗕𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗡 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗬 We provide just enough essentials for you and your group to get started. These essentials include the following (based upon a 7-night or less length of stay): ☒ Minimum of two (2) rolls of toilet paper per bathroom ☒ Shampoo/conditioner/body wash in a wall mounted dispenser ☒ 1 bath towel set per registered guest (includes 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, 1 face towel) ☒ Two (2) paper towel rolls ☒ Two (2) sized 13-gallon trash bags (white) in black trash cans ☒ Two (2) sized 32-gallon yard trash bags (black) in outdoor grey bin ☒ Two (2) sized 32-gallon yard trash bags (black) in outdoor blue recycle bin ☒ Two (2) sized 12-liter clear trash bags in clear white translucent trash cans ☒ coffee supplies, e.g. cups, lids, pods, stirring sticks, cream, sugar, tea bags, etc. (selection will vary and depends on availability) ☒ Select toiletries may be provided as an added convenience (selection will vary and depends on availability) ***We DO NOT restock these items during a guest's stay.*** For longer or extended stays, general light housekeeping can be arranged for an additional fee. This would include swapping out used for freshly washed towels, making of all beds, waste/trash disposal, wiping of all cooktop surfaces, and light vacuum of floors. Please consult about pricing for housekeeping options. 𝗡𝗘𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗕𝗢𝗥'𝗦 𝗗𝗢𝗚𝗦 My next door neighbors do have friendly dogs. They do occasionally bark and howl, especially when they suspect intrusion or hear street disruptions, e.g. large trucks, garbage trucks, street sweeping, etc. However, their dogs are generally "very" quiet, obedient and friendly; closing the doors and windows entirely should mitigate the nuisance from any barking that may happen during your stay. We disinfect everything using an airless Graco sprayer and subsequently wipe down common contact surfaces! The disinfectant that is used currently is a bleach-free all-purpose cleaner by Colorox. It is advertised as capable of killing 99.9% of bacteria and viruses. If you would like for us to not spray the home prior to your arrival, please notify me at least a day prior. We do encourage guests to follow the CDC’s recommendations for personal self-care as well. This information can be found at the CDC's website. Guests should protect themselves from unexpected situations that could affect their travel plans, trip investment and health when traveling. Therefore, it is advisable and strongly encourage that travelers purchase the optional trip insurance made available at the time of booking with Generali through AirBnb. It is a small marginal fee for peace-of-mind. Get it! DO NOT book my place if you are noncommittal or have tentative plans. I will not offer refunds or credits of any sort in view of a guest cancellation. Moreover, for those few guests who have canceled on me in the past, you are not welcome at my property.
