Guest access Only 1 bay of the garage will be accessible for trash/recycling removal. The wood shop will not be available for guest usage. An extra fee can be paid to allow beach access to Lake Waramaug during the summer. Other things to note This is a quiet (why we love it!), family oriented neighborhood. No loud parties or gatherings. No pets allowed.
