I built my home in 2005 in an upscale neighborhood. The room has private bathroom and window looking out the south side of a beautiful flower landscape. The house is 15 min. from downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul. Easy access to HWY 96, HWY 35W, 35E and 694. House is 2 blocks from bus stop. Walking distance to Shoreview Community, Kowalski grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants. I'm allergic to cats and dogs; therefore, I do not allow any pets in the house including service animals. The space The room has : - walk-in shower, compartmentalize toilet - queen size bed, TV, mini fridge and microwave. - I provide towels (set of 2) - lots of draws for you to store - computer desk -whirlpool tub is not allowed for use as it is in the process of getting fix What I do not provide: - You need to provide your own toiletry - shampoo, soap, lotion, hair dryer, shaver. - You will not be alone in the house as I have 4 long term tenants living in the house -whirlpool tub is not allowed for use Checking out: - Do not remove sheets or pillowcase from bed or towels in the bathroom as the cleaning lady will take it off and replace it with new ones in the same format as I preferred it set up - Turn off refrigerator and leave door open to vent out moisture - Turn off fan and lights - Close windows Wifi: network- neatgear20 passcode: zanymoon954 Guest access When your stay is less than 2 weeks: - I will not provide cleaning service during your stay - You will not have access to the kitchen - You will not be able to use the washer and dryer When your stay is 14 days or more: - You may use the washer and dryer - limit to 2 loads a week When your stay is 4 weeks or more: - You may use the washer & dryer- limit to 2 loads per week - you may watch TV in the living room while you cook or eat in the kitchen - you may use the kitchen for light cooking - You may have limited space in the pantry, kitchen refrigerator and freezer. - You will need to pay additional $40 for the cleaning fee every 2 weeks. In the wintertime- Nov - May, I live in Florida and my sister will assist you during check in. My house has 4 long term tenants and my sister provide nail service from 10 am - 6 pm.. When I am home, I usually go to bed early- before 9 pm. If your check in time is later- please let me know and I will ask someone to assist you or I may leave details checking instructions. Other things to note I have 4 long term rental people in the house.
