Guest access Access the home, balconies excluding closets that are locked. May use yard space under home - sometime children enjoy playing down there. Use caution climbing down steep hills - no walkway to go down. No cable in home. Appletv available if you would like to stream your own cable provider via an apple device (personal ipad/phone). Other things to note No cable. Apple tv available to stream your own cable provider via a personal apple device (ipad/iphone). Smart tv available as well if you have memberships. Linens provided. Do not make beds when leaving as linens need to be replaced. Towels provided under bathroom sinks. Shampoo/conditioner/soap provided. When leaving if you could please put towels on floor next to water container on top floor. This way I know they are dirty and need to be cleaned. Toilet paper,napkins, hand towels also provided. Should you need more they are located in closet of guest bedroom with gray comforter. Iron available in closet of guest bedroom with aqua comforter. Hair blowdryer available under sink of guest bathroom downstairs. Plenty of pots, pans, plates, glassware, coffee mugs, silverware and spices available. Bring your own tupperware should you need to take leftovers back with you. Coffee and water available in home. Games - feel free to use the games and enjoy quality family time. They are located under small table in dining area. Puzzles available as well - please do not mix the pieces - each have their own bags. Coloring books/markers are by fireplace. You can take home the pages you colored but please leave markers. Use of grill/outdoor heater/dining area are available. They are currently covered and should be covered back prior to leaving. Please make sure you use clips to secure the tie down. Important for heater to be tied down - high winds cause it to tip if not tied when not in use. Grill - make sure it is always supervised when in use. Propane tank off when not in use. Use it away from the house wall or away from wood behind it to avoid fires seeping out. Make sure valve is closed when done using. Cushions to outdoor dining chairs are located in brown chest by stairs (looks like a seat) Fireplace - please purchase your own wood - DO NOT USE OUTDOOR WOOD. Make sure it is purchased specific for fireplace. To use the gas valve to light it make sure you turn it back off after lit. Very important to turn off gas after use. Glass doors should be open. If you don’t know how to use a fireplace, I rather you don’t. Kayaks/paddleboard in balcony are not available for use. The tv downstairs has only been used for video game connections. It is not a smart tv. Bring your own personal gaming devices if you wish. TRASH - very important- please do not leave trash outside - this attracts wild life. Leave trash bags inside.
