The space While you're staying here, the entire house will be your private relaxful getaway. Please feel free to use a Keurig machine to make a coffee or tea to enjoy on the victorian chic style front porch. Please take advantage of the extra warmth and atmosphere with a wood-burning fireplace during the colder seasons. Soak for hours in the vintage clawfoot style tub. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire home. Except three closet spaces and one storage area that is locked by the property owner. You do not have access to this area. Other things to note COVID-19 RESPONSE: Our team continues to take the situation very serious. We use enhance cleaning protocols and techniques which are strictly enforced. EARLY CHECK-IN: Early check ins are not guaranteed. You are allowed to choose a preferred check in time, However, it is ultimately up to the host to approve any check-ins before 4pm. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check in time was approved. You will need to send a message requesting if you can check-in early. If approved an early check-in fee of up to $100 may apply. LATE CHECK-OUT: Late check outs Must be approved by the host. If you stay past your 11:00am check out time without approval you will automatically be charged up to an $100 fee or the full market rate nightly stay. SMOKING: This is a non-smoking property. This includes but is not limited to vapes/e-cigarettes. Breaking this rule will result in a $250 fine and potentially the additional cost that is incurred for smoke remediation by cleaning service. PARTIES/EVENTS: This property has a strict no-parties/ noise violation policy to all residents and guests. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not registered additional fees may apply. Commercial photos or video shoots are NOT allowed at this property without permission and signed agreement with Host. Failure to follow this policy will result in an immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund. CLEANING: Our cleaning fee is based on courteous guests (i.e., someone who does basic cleaning after themselves, dishes in dishwasher, towels in hamper, leaves the place as they found it, etc.) If cleaning crew discovers an unreasonable mess post check-out, you will be charged an additional $75 fee. Trash bags left outside the garbage will result in a $50/bag fee. (Please be courteous and bag all your trash) TOWELS/LINENS: Place used towels or linens in laundry hamper. Or the bathroom area if wet. OCCUPANCY: The maximum occupancy is (12) guests any day for any length of time. Please do not have unapproved or unregistered guests without consent from host. Alarm Use: The alarm system is for homeowner use only. Your access code is not to be used for arming or disarming the alarm. False triggering or tampering with the system may result in the police department being dispatched to the home. Breaking this rule may result in additional fees. By booking this property you agree that you have fully read and will follow all house rules, terms, policies and conditions. You also agree to automatically comply to the immediate termination of your reservation if you or anyone in your party breaks any rules, terms, policies, and conditions without reimbursement.
