Other things to note Sound/Noise Levels From Upstairs- This home is an entire lower level basement apartment with your own private entrance. Our family lives above the apartment and you will hear footsteps, kids playing, TV, and voices as low tone and muffled sounds through the ceiling above. The feedback from past guests have been that they can hear these upstair sounds but it doesn’t bother them enough to complain. We are very confident that you will enjoy a peaceful visit as so many guests before you have. We mention it to be as transparent as possible. We also have an indoor/outdoor cat that we do not allow in the lower level apartment.
