This is a remodeled bungalow circa 1904 located on historic Broadway Street in Leavenworth (the first city in Kansas). This house is only minutes from the front gate of Fort Leavenworth and very convenient to the rest of the town. Historic Weston is close by and Lawrence only an hour. Easy access to KCI airport, downtown, Legends, or Zona Rosa. The space The bungalow is cozy and retains the charm of an older house. But we stripped it to the studs and rebuilt. New windows, insulation, plumbing, central HVAC, complete high end kitchen remodel and exterior siding and landscaping.
