The space Our apartments are equipped with the best furniture, appliances, and bedding. Apts are centrally located near the main highways that make it easy to visit the McAllen sites, restaurants, clinics and hospital. We live next door to our three units and we have a neighborhood watch which consists of family members who reside next to the apts. A city Marshall resides next door also and is a family member as well. We are a law abiding family and we support our law enforcement members. I live next door to the apts, so I will respond quickly to your needs or emergencies. We own a family grocery store which is located very close, so if you need groceries, you will be in walking distance from it. Since we only have three units, noise level is very minimal. It is so safe, that you'll be able to enjoy the late McAllen evenings if you desire without any interruptions. Guest access Our three apartments are spaced accordingly along with the parking. Plenty of parking is available for our guests. Each apt has a front and a rear entrance. Privacy and respect is the norm at this property. No keys or doorman awaits you. Our door code entrance allows you to come and go as you please without the hassle of keys. Our four digit code is issued when booked. We want our guests to have convenience for short or long term stays. We aim to please! Other things to note Our units are equipped with full size appliances. Each of our units have a Kenmore washer. Our dryers are located in our new laundry room. In our laundry room, you will find two more washers and two Kenmore dryers. We understand the importance of convenience for our guests, so we provide all appliances needed to make your stay a pleasant and memorable one.
