My place is a short distance to ocean and bay beaches, close to the villages of East Hampton, Amagansett, Sag Harbor and about 25 minutes from Montauk. For health and safety reasons, guests are responsible for collecting their trash and taking it with them to the nearby recycling center upon departure for a small fee.
