This is our farm house located in the middle of beautiful pastures.....our own little paradise with only a 10 minute drive to the heart of State College and 15 minutes to Penn State’s Beaver Stadium!! The 1872 house is in great condition and I know you will enjoy your stay! If you love the outdoors and a country setting this is the place for you! The space It is quiet and peaceful here. There is a front porch that overlooks the pastures and beautiful scenery. There is a very large open space to the left of the house perfect for games like frisbee and football. To the right of our house is a large garden...depending on what time of the year you visit there is plenty of yummy healthy treats growing. Guest access All of the space at the property is accessible except the garage. There is ample parking at the house and down the lane. There are 4 bedrooms and one room that has a full futon. The door to that room (with futon) does not close however due to making an older farmhouse "work," there is a curtin across the door though for privacy. It is on the lower level in what used to be the summer kitchen. Because we do not live there it has plenty of space in the rooms (see pictures) for your things! Other things to note There are many yummy choices of Penn State/State College foods that we would be happy to provide! Some of the favorites are Penn State Creamery ice cream, Diner sticky buns and Meyers chocolate milk. Please just let us know prior to your arrival and if it's the ice cream let us know the flavors (up to 2 half gallons) too!!
