Welcome to our quiet, country home situated only 2 miles east of the Sioux Falls city limit and just south of State Highway 42, along the Big Sioux River. It is a short 15 minute drive to downtown Sioux Falls. We are minutes away from Willow Run Golf Course, Grand Falls Casino and Riverview Barn. You’ll love our place because of the quiet, comfortable location and the views of the countryside. Our upstairs Carriage House is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The space We live in a comfortable, quiet, country setting, although close to the city, yet far enough away to enjoy complete solitude. We take pride in keeping the Carriage House apartment sparkly clean. Of course, we not only wash all sheets and towels in hot water, detergent and water softener, but after EACH guest stay is complete we wash ALL blankets, quilts and bedspreads. This has been our long time practice since we began hosting guests. We also, wipe down door handles, cabinet handles, light switch covers, and appliances with Lysol Disinfecting wipes every time a guest stay is complete. We want our guests to feel as comfortable and safe here as they would in their own home. Guest access Our guests will have complete access to the upstairs apartment called The Carriage House. You will also have outside access to our 60 + acres to roam and explore. Other things to note Our $139/day rate is based upon a 4 person/occupancy. Each additional guest will be $15/per person/per day, up to 6 people.
