While enjoying the pristine Mopan River just outside your doorstep, take advantage of our picnic area and throw some hamburgers on the grill, or even bake some pizza in our outdoor brick oven! We also have a a front-loading washer and dryer available for you to do your laundry. We also provide laundry detergent at no extra charge. Guest access You have full access to the entire property. You are welcomed to indulge in any of the fruit trees which are bearing fruit while you are visiting. We have a swing set available for the kids, and an outdoor picnic area which you are free to use anytime. We also have inflatable river tubes that you are welcomed to use if you plan on cooling off in the river. Free High-speed internet is available. We've recently installed Internet and TV service through a new provider. You can watch live television or watch movies on demand. Please note that we are NOT in San Ignacio town proper, and not within walking distance. A portion of the road is unpaved, which increases driving time a bit.
