This basement apartment is very light and open, features 9 ft ceilings, and is approximately 1700 sq. ft. The unit is accessed through an exterior private entrance and a keyless entry system. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a full kitchen and large family room. The bedroom has a king sized bed and walk-in closet. There is a queen bed in the family room, separated by a privacy curtain. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven and many small appliances including a waffle iron and mix. A BBQ is located on the back patio for you to use as well. For your convenience, Wi-Fi is also provided. NOTE: Children are welcome but must not be left unattended in the yard. A creek runs through the back of our property and can be quite dangerous during thunderstorms. Guest access About two weeks before you arrive, you will receive an email with the driving directions and the keyless entry code so that you can get in without having to meet up with anyone.
