Ranch style house in quiet neighborhood located at the end of a cul-de-sac just minutes away from wonderful downtown Fountain Inn. This cozy home offers an open floor plan, an outdoor fire pit, large screened in porch with a bar, and a private fenced in backyard where you'll enjoy your own backyard oasis complete with an in-ground swimming pool. The space Guests will have access to the entire house, screened in porch, and fenced in back yard with pool (open April-October). There are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, guest room has a queen bed, and the second guest room has two singles. Guest access Dining room, kitchen, living room, porch, pool, three bedrooms. Stay Includes access to all amenities including screened in porch/bar area (mini fridge), pool (closed November-March) and fire pit (wood provided). There is a propane grill that's available for use for cookouts. Pots, pans, and silverware are available for use. There is a Kurig machine available with coffee provided as well as some simple breakfast items (oatmeal, granola bars, etc). Other things to note The house is dog friendly. If you have allergies to dogs I would advise not to book (previous guest may have had a dog).
