Welcome to what we call "Country Infinity".Come and decompress in a leisure country setting.This house is situated on a private lane with ample parking.Run,bike, walk and explore the trail. Ride the Northern Central Railway Steam locomotive along the trail, can be seen passing the house! Close proximity to Kayak and tubing rentals. York College is a short distance away, a 5 minute drive. Centrally located to York, Gettysburg, Hershey and Lancaster. The space The York Heritage Trail is 27 miles Established in 1992 and covering 176 acres, the Heritage Rail Trail is 27 miles long and winds from the Mason-Dixon Line through Glen Rock, Hanover Junction and Seven Valleys before reaching the Colonial Courthouse in the City of York. After a quick ride through the city, the trail continues north to its end in John C. Rudy park. A short 3 mile drive to Perrydell Farms for ice cream and essentials or a 5 minute drive to Handels for ice cream and shakes or visit York county’s favorite Maple donuts! Take a bike ride to the picturesque town of New Freedom. We are within close proximity to many attractions in York. Many restaurants, shopping, Wellspan hospital, York Expo and York College are all within a 5 minute drive. Visit New Freedom and enjoy a ride on the Northern Central Railway locomotives. We offer a spacious eat in kitchen with plenty of room for your family to be together. There's also a separate room that has laptop/reading space for a more private setting to work or read. * Bedding subject to change due to laundering. Other things to note Our home runs on well water and a septic system. Use only provided toilet paper. Only flush provided toilet paper down toilet anything else needs to be placed in trash receptacle. Trash details: You will be responsible for taking trash/recycling out across the lane Tuesday evening for early morning pick up on Wednesdays. If trash wasn’t picked up for the previous guest due to their check out day you so be responsible for taking someone else’s trash out on the scheduled trash pick up day. *Bedding subject to change due to laundering. *we provided Roku tv in living room , king bedroom and Roku tv in the kitchen (not cable, it’s streaming only) you can find the Roku remote for the kitchen tv in the kitchen, it is labeled. You may encounter wildlife during your stay. **Do not unplug or tamper with security cameras-doing so will result in immediate eviction with no refund. One on front porch facing entrance to house. A second one facing exterior back entrance. Cameras are audio and motion activated . No cameras located inside!! No animals permitted.Bringing a pet/animal of any kind will result in immediate eviction without a refund. Snow shovel and ice melt are provided for you to use to clear snow/ice in the winter months. **NO SMOKING or VAPING in house doing so will result in an additional $600.00 charge, immediate eviction with no refund** **No parties or events- doing so will result in immediate eviction without a refund. No glitter or confetti to be used indoors, if it is an additional cleaning fee will be added. **we require shoes to be removed once inside. **You will be responsible for any damages to the house or property caused by you or your guests during your stay.
