This cabin is within walking distance of the downtown area & is Shep's newest addition nextdoor to Shep's Artist Retreat. For larger groups, book both cabins & receive a discount off the nightly rate. The space This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cabin that sleeps 4. Master bedroom has a king bed. The secondary bedroom has twin bunk beds & a work space. The cabin is 730 sq. ft. but has an open living area that makes it feel spacious. The back sliders can be opened to the 12' x 12' deck for an even larger living area. You will feel like you're in a treehouse while on the deck. You'll love viewing the wildlife wander through the area. We also built a treehouse for our smaller guests which is located behind the cabin nextdoor at 1207 Geronimo. The treehouse area is to be a common area for both of our rental cabins. Guest access You'll have access to the entire living space of the cabin. We have a locked maid's closet in the secondary bedroom & the underneath mechanical part of the cabin is locked. Otherwise, you have the whole place to yourself. Other things to note You'll be greeted at street level by Barry & Bonnie Bear who have been carved into a dead tree we had to take down. Park in front of the garage. There's also a parking space parallel to the street next to the big log. Please do not block the street or park in neighbors' parking areas. Take the stairs next to the garage down to the cabin. There are motion-detecting lights that will light your way after dark. Treehouse & tipi for adults & kids located in common area behind Shep's Artist Retreat nextdoor. The Hideaway is a NO SMOKING & NO PETS cabin.
