Walk to beach from our newly updated condo with modern touches and ocean views! Just minutes from and Calafia State Park and State Beach. Only a mile and a half on the beach trail to San Clemente Pier and the surrounding restaurants and shops. Enjoy beautiful sunsets over the ocean from inside or as you relax on our large back patio. The space Spread out in our single level condo that boasts light, modern finishes, high end furnishings, a 75" Frame TV, a gas fireplace, and beautiful ocean views. Or enjoy the ocean views from the large outdoor patio. The condo has lots of windows and natural light, and features inside dining for 8, bbq grill, washer/dryer, air conditioning and heating, wifi, and a ceiling fan in each bedroom. We provide a covered parking spot, 2 body boards, 2 foam surf boards, beach towels, a beach bag, and a grocery bag for guests to use during their stay (unless removed by guests and not put back). *PLEASE NOTE: We take seriously our neighbors' rights to peaceful enjoyment of their homes, and we require all who occupy our home to be respectful of our neighbors. Events, bachelor/bachelorette, wedding and other party groups are prohibited. Guest access The entire condo is for guest use. Please do not use the stairs off of the back patio as these are for fire escape only and go through other residents' properties. We provide one covered assigned parking spot in the parking garage for the building. There is also street parking in our neighborhood - 2hour limit from 9am-6pm on our loop, but no limit on the upper portion of Calafia which is the cross street just a block away.
