This beautiful mountain villa is located in the hills of Atenas, Costa Rica. Atenas is a great way to get to know the true Costa Rican culture as this town is known a locals town. This estate offers a quiet, peaceful, serene setting for your family vacation, small wedding, reunion, personal or corporate retreat. Located only 32 miles from the nearest beach and marina (on the pacific coast,) you're truly not too far away the best of all worlds that Costa Rica has to offer. The space There are 3 bedrooms upstairs with full AC units. Please turn off all ACs when out for the day. They only take moments to cool the room down upon your return. The 4th bedroom is located in the lower level and only has a portable AC unit. Water has to be put in it to work. Please read the instructions posted to the probable AC units themselves. I have 2 portable AC units in the lower level. Since this is area that people tend to keep the doors open to the pool, I have not installed a wall mounted AC unit. Please know that this lower level room is not as pretty and as comfortable as the upstairs bedrooms. (*No one has complained) In the family room downstairs there is a pullout queen sized couch for extra sleeping. Int he study, there is a futon count for additional sleeping. *Please do NOT sleep on the couches in the formal living room. Please do not sit on any of the inside furniture wet from the pool. Please read the house instructions that are e-mailed to you and call me if you have any questions. Guest access There is a full time caretaker on the property M-F 8-5. His name is Don Manuel and he is there taking care of the resort style grounds. Feel free to tip for his work. You will be be amazed at his articulate care of the grounds. Other things to note I will send you videos on how certain things work in the house. Like the lights, AC units, Stovetop and gate. I am at your access 24/7 for any issues or questions.
