The primary bedroom features an open closet and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate tub. The guest bedrooms also have private bathrooms. THINGS TO KNOW Only Saturday-to-Saturday weekly rentals are allowed from June through mid-August. The owners of this condo are members of the private Golf Club & Beach Club and graciously extend their access to their guests. Guests can enjoy the resort amenities which include: • Private Pool - Non Heated note: no fitness club access • Tennis & Pickle Ball Courts - MUST call the club to schedule court time • Private Beach Area-5000 Summer Beach Blvd complimentary towels, chairs/umbrellas small fee. Food & Beverage concession. (Memorial Day - Labor Day) • Access to the Ritz Carlton's beautiful oceanfront golf course: Must call to schedule tee time. No dog(s) are welcome in this home.
