This studio is located in a small holiday residence. Well-equipped, it offers magnificent sea views at almost 180° and enjoys direct access to Caritan beach, just 150 m away. The space The studio: This studio offers a total area of 30 m2, with one of the best views in the Domaine Caritan since it is located on the 2nd and top floor (so no nuisance from above). You will enjoy absolute calm! It is intended to welcome 4 people plus 1 baby. The air-conditioned interior space consists of a main room with a double bed 160 cm, a clack (brand new) that offers a 140 cm bed, a flat screen TV and a large storage wall cabinet where you will find an ironing board and iron, a safe as well as a baby cot with mattress (sheets not provided for baby). To finish with the interior, a bathroom with a shower equipped with a column, sink with mirror, hair dryer and wc. To fully enjoy this view of the Bay of Sainte Anne, the Rocher du Diamant and the sleeping woman, access the terrace by opening its large 2.30 m bay window! Spacious and equipped with a ceiling fan, you can sip a tasty Planter while watching a beautiful sunset before eating without embarrassing yourself with its large tropical wooden table and 4 chairs. To the right of the terrace, a fully equipped and fully renovated closed kitchen, with sink, ceramic hob as well as a large refrigerator / freezer. A washing machine is also present. A coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and microwave oven complete the equipment. Of course, a large inventory of dishes is available. Bed linen, tea towels, towels and floor mats for the bathroom are provided. A secure Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Free parking in the residence parking, closed and secured by digicode parking. The studio is equipped with a washing machine (brand new) but in case, a laundromat is present on the Domaine Caritan (100 m away). At the end of your stay, if you do not want to do household chores, you have the option of an "end-of-stay cleaning option" charged €50. (Ask me when you book). It should be noted that we have a second identical studio in this same residence, with a terrace extension with a small lounge, closed by an electric roller shutter and giving you the full advantage of the tropical garden. Ideal for people struggling to go upstairs, or for a family with kids who won't feel cramped on the upstairs terraces… If you are traveling with several people, you can (depending on availability) combine the rental of the 2 remote studios of about twenty meters… Location: Located in the extreme south of Martinique, Sainte-Anne has many beaches lined with coconut trees, 22 km of white sandy shore and turquoise water that make it real postcard landscapes, including the famous Salines beach. Our 'Haut de Caritan' studio is located in a small residence, itself located on the Domaine Caritan, enjoying a large tropical garden. Well-equipped, it offers wide views of the Caribbean Sea and enjoys direct access to Caritan Beach, just 150 meters away. At Domaine Caritan, there are 2 restaurants: - The Pirate Beach, located all on the beach (130 m away). - The People Beach located at the center of the Domaine. The People Beach has a large swimming pool accessible on consumption at the bar or restaurant. Also present on the Domaine le Maya Beach Club, a children's water park. (As these 3 establishments are private establishments, we would not be responsible for their opening hours or days or the operation of their amenities and we cannot have any responsibility in the event of an accident.) Located a 10-minute walk (850 m) from the village center of Sainte-Anne, you can enjoy its daily market, shops and some good restaurants. The famous beach of Les Salines is 3 km on foot or 5 km by car, and many beautiful beaches are less than 10 km including the beach of Club Med 1.8 km... La Trace des Caps, famous hiking course (the largest in Martinique with 27 km) starts just below the residence. The city of Marin is 8 km away, while Aimé Césaire International Airport is 40 km away. Finally, know that the temperature of the sea during the year varies from 27° to 32°, that the outside temperature varies from 23° to 33°. Martinique is therefore appreciated every month of the year!
