Two bedrooms, two full baths close to Duke University and Duke Hospital. The space This is a turn-of-the-century Millhouse from back in the time when Durham was a tobacco town. I have spent the past 6 years restoring this house. Other things to note This Airbnb is for only the bottom part of the house. The upstairs is a separate listing. The laundry room, which is on the back porch, and the back yard are shared spaced with the upstairs guest. I only offer the use of the laundry room to the upstairs guest between 9 am and 5pm.
