Outdoor propane grill and grilling utensils also provided. Washer and dryer in unit, we supply a couple laundry detergent pods for you to do a couple loads of laundry, after that you will need to provide your own detergent. Dedicated work desk with ethernet cable. Home is equipped with a backup generator that automatically comes on if the power goes out. Security cameras are located at the front door, back door, and back yard. They are always on and active, recording audio and video at all times 24/7.
