The house of your holiday with private swimming pool on enclosed grounds of 800 m2 is located in the residential area "Les Mazes", 2.5 km from the village of Vallon Pont d 'Arc. The space The cottage "Beaumel" is located in the immediate vicinity, by car, shops (restaurants, shops, bars, banks, market, pharmacy, medical center, supermarket) and 1.6 km from the Ardèche River! This cottage is a detached house on one level, 72 m2, air-conditioned and with a capacity of 4 people. House description: - living room, dining room and equipped open kitchen - 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140/190 - One bedroom with two beds 90/190 - a shower room with WC - a covered terrace (table, chairs, garden furniture, barbecue, sunbeds, deckchairs) The private pool (7,20m x 3,20m) with a depth of 1.50m is fully secured (gates and security gate). Two parking spots are available. The cottage is non-smoking. Our friends, pets are not allowed. Bed sheets and towels are not provided but you can rent them. A security deposit of 1000 euros will be requested upon your arrival. The cleaning price is 100 euros, if agreed on arrival.
