The three-room flat is in a panoramic position overlooking the Nera River Valley, surrounded by a large olive grove, and is located within a country house called Santa Croce, with five other flats with which it shares common facilities such as a swimming pool, parking and barbecue area. The flats enjoy a spacious and very green view over the valley at the bottom of which flows the lively and transparent Nera river, which from the Sibillini mountains descends towards Terni, giving its name to the Valnerina (valley of the Nera river). Nestled in a large family olive grove, the Santa Croce flats are the perfect place for those seeking to relax and disconnect from everyday life. The spectacular Marmore waterfall is only 9 km from the flats and can also be reached on foot along the Nera Greenway! The Valnerina is a paradise for active holidaymakers, offering easy walks along the river or trekking trails to discover ghost towns, fortified castles, abbeys or panoramic peaks.
