It is one of two separate suites at Second Street Cottages (Permit#:06-01959): a turn-of-the-century home, now completely renovated as a travelers' accommodation. It is located on a lovely, quiet residential street in the historic Railroad District. We welcome guests to spacious, fresh rooms and wonderful outdoor space. Strict $500 fee charged for smoking anywhere on property. The Garden Suite: -2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps up to 5 people -living room, dining area -fully-equipped kitchen -deck and patio -in-unit washer and dryer The Garden Suite has all the amenities: spacious rooms, hardwood floors, finely-appointed furnishings, satellite TV, free WiFi, and central air/heat. The Garden Suite has it's own private entrance, deck table and chairs for outdoor dining - as well as casual seating on the patio. The bedrooms do not share a wall and one has a separate entrance to the private patio. Please note there are security cameras installed on the outside of the property (facing parking lot). Monthly rates available. Second Street Cottages also has a charming 4 bedroom/3 full bathroom unit: The Heritage House. Although the two suites are independent units, they can be rented together at the same time (depending upon availability). Please call for availability of a one night reservation. We are happy to accommodate if possible. Guest access The Garden Suite's private entrance is located in the back of the Cottages accessible from the alley with parking available right outside the door. Other things to note Best location in town - walking distance to everything. Very comfortable, well appointed accommodations. Enjoy several different outdoor spaces (porch, side yard and patio). There are no events /parties permitted. No more than 5 guests in the unit without prior written approval. Absolutely no pets other than Service Animals (perform a service) and no pet shall be left alone unsupervised in the unit at any time. Absolutely no smoking/vaping or illegal drugs of any kind permitted on the property. Guests must adhere to legal age requirements for use of alcohol.
