Our guest cottage is cozy, quiet, and quaint. A good place to unwind in a country setting. We are located only moments from fabulous restaurants and a vast selection of Russian River wineries. The beautiful Russian River is less than 1/4 mile away! With the new developments in the world we utilize a 24 inch UVC sterilization lamp. Your room will be fully sterilized prior to your arrival. The space Our guest cottage is approx. 400 square feet. It has a couple of levels and a few steps inside and out so mobility is important. The bedroom has a brand-new Sterns and Foster mattress as well as luxury linens and towels. The bathroom is one step down and divided by a privacy curtain. (See privacy curtain photo). THE CURTAIN IS NOT A SOUND BARRIER. You should be fairly well acquainted with your vacationing partner. There is a Kuerig coffee maker and microwave along with some local goodies for your enjoyment. Outside there is a small lounging deck with a small dining table. Just beyond the table is the small private garden with a private hot tub. Photos show it all!! Guest access Entire cottage, cottage patio and hot tub. Other things to note We do have neighbors, and the sound travels quite well. No parties permitted. Please be respectful of noise level at all times. Sorry, no smoking or pets permitted. No outdoor cooking allowed.
