The Point Cottage is 1 bedroom + futon on the enclosed porch. This cottage was built in the 1960's as the owners quarters. It was built mainly for a couple, although it will sleep up to 4 people. There is a full kitchen with updated appliances. Enjoy the lake at the beach and use boats, kayaks paddleboards at no charge. Relax in a shady hammock or lounge in the sun. The space The Point Cottage is mere feet away from the lake on a bluff overlooking Lake Champlain. As the name implies, it is on the point of land and has commanding 270 degree views. This cottage is a large studio style with a full kitchen and bath. There is a large porch with seating in vintage wicker furniture, a dining nook and futon for overflow sleeping.
