This spacious house has three levels to enjoy and spread out in! You won't run out of space or things to do here. All bedrooms are spacious with several bonus rooms. Indoor hot tub, patio, pickleball, basketball, 7-hole mini golf, corn hole, arcade with 16,000+ games, and tons of seating everywhere, perfect for a family or group get away! Amazing location down the street from the Speedway with a view of Sunflower Hills golf course and only two miles to the Legends, Sporting KC and much more. The space The entire house is yours to use during your stay! Upstairs are two sleep spaces that can hold a total of 8 plus a giant work space. Main floor oversized master bedroom with hot tub and full private bathroom and laundry. The basement hosts two additional bedrooms (can sleep 2 each) with work desks in each, an exercise space downstairs with peloton bike, weights, ping pong table, and shuffleboard table. The entire house has excellent natural light from all the windows. Guest access There is a small house that shares the driveway that is not part of the AirBnB. You will have access to the main house, and all outside area including deck and upper balcony. Feel free to set up and play games in the yard! Other things to note Loft upstairs with 4 twin beds is open to the front entry. Alarm system with door chime will be unarmed during your stay. Ring door bell on front door and security camera overlooking driveway. There is some traffic noise outside from the freeway, however, the house is well insulated making the noise minimal inside. Fireplace is out of service for safety reasons.
