Spacious pool house with a full kitchen and living area , access to a pool and hot tub ,as well as a yard for sitting and relaxing or watching your children play .More sleeping options available upon request in advance . No children in hot tub without and adult ( no jumping out of the hot tub either, you will be asked to leave if your children are jumping off the sides ) The space Has a nice outdoor sitting area with a fire feature and lots of open space overlooking the pool Guest access You will have access to the whole out door area in front of the pool house ( important, our area is near our door ) shared with us but not in the same area exactly Other things to note Internet is not fast and it’s often spotty , in this area for some reason we have no access to cable companies either so … we do the best we can . We do allow smoking outside only . We charge 30 dollars per person after 4 people ( no wild parties )
