Enjoy a newly remodeled boatel in the beautiful setting in a cove right on the Ohio River. Palm on the River offers a queen bed, green, pink and black color scheme and you can watch the sunrises from your boat and deck or other seating areas on the grounds at this small marina located on the Ohio River. We have a shelter, with a grill and griddle, extra bathrooms, rustic outdoor showers and a fire pit area. It’s like camping on water. Kayaks available for rent. Enjoy beautiful sunrise’s, too! The space Your houseboat/boatel stays parked in its slip and has an amazing view in this cove of the Ohio River. Houseboat showers and toilets are small more like campers but we do have extra restrooms in our shelter area also. Being on the water is a great experience and very relaxing. There will be insects. This boat has a VERY small narrow walkway on the side to a narrow entrance door you can also enter in the back door, which gives more space. No swimming around docks due to electric hook up. This boat have new luxury vinyl flooring, new furniture, decor and fresh paint inside and out. There is a ceiling AC unit in the back living space, the front ceiling bedroom area is new AC. I have an extra black fan in the front room too. Guest access Not only do you have access to your boat, and outside deck areas, but on the marina grounds we offer a nice covered shelter, extra showers, rustic outdoor showers on the back of the shelter, a nice fire pit with seating, grill, griddle, extra tables and seating areas on the grounds, corn hole and you can fish of your boat or the docks, with an Indiana fishing license. There is free parking and you can park anywhere available in the gravel lot. Other things to note Free parking at marina in gravel driveway. Park anywhere available even on the Dumster side. You’ll be walking down the sidewalk pass the shelter towards the water to the docks. NOTICE The boat is made of steel and when the fish are very active they can bump into the boat and it will sound like knocking, if you are a light sleeper I recommend bringing earplugs. They also eat the algae on the bottom of the boats sometimes.
