Canned Ham Glamper at Circle M Farm
This perfectly-preserved 1950s Friendship Vacationaire is an Instagram-ready throwback to simpler times. With a classic kitchenette and a built-in double bed, our shiny little gem is a vision in silver and aqua. The wood-paneled inside is the perfect hideaway, stocked with collectible vinyl for your listening pleasure, and local beer in the fridge. We've dressed it up with an awning and flamingos, with Mid-Century Modern glassware and vintage patio furniture. See the stars in style. The space This piece of glamping history will take you back to a simpler time, while you lounge in your private perch behind our barn, facing a sedge meadow, woods, and farm fields. Enjoy the stars, the animals, and the fresh air from a vintage lawn chair, a hammock, or your bed. We'll provide you with a farm tour and a farm basket breakfast with coffee or tea in the morning and a campfire with s'mores at night. We've got lawn games to share, vintage Schwinns you can borrow for a ride into town, and picnic tables across the property for you to use. Your stay will be quiet and peaceful, as you bask in the sounds of nature. You can take a wool craft class in spinning, knitting, or felting here, and reserve our Dry Cedar Sauna for an hour. Go to sleep listening to vinyl records and wake up to roosters crowing. Guest access The Canned Ham Glamper is situated in a private spot out of the way on the farm, but you'll use a shared indoor bathroom/shower/tub with other guests. The farm is yours to wander, and there are many lawn games, picnic tables, hammocks and swings to use, as well as puzzles, board games, binoculars and books. There is also an outdoor Cedar Shower and you can reserve the Barn Dry Sauna for an hour. There is a community bonfire with s'mores each night. Other things to note This Glamper doesn't have a working bathroom or water - you'll use a full-size indoor bathroom, or a romantic outdoor cedar shower. Also - there is a fan, but no air conditioning. The nights get cool, but this is Glamping - glamour camping! There are many animals on the farm, and electric fencing to be aware of. If roosters crowing or sheep baaing or owls hooting will keep you up at night, you might want to bring earplugs. This camper isn't perfect for taller people, as it's 1950s-sized, with a small door. This camper is a good choice if you like to get up late, because the windows are situated so they don't get the first morning light. Sleep in and let us know if you want Breakfast in Bed delivered in a vintage picnic tin!
