The space The front door opens to a large open living room and kitchen/dining area which has just been beautifully renovated and decorated. The rustic open shelving in the kitchen was made from trees that we cut down on this property. Huge Island with drop in range and bar seating. Dining table for 6 The living room has comfortable furniture and a 65 inch smart (ROKU) TV. We don't have standard cable television, but we do have fast wifi that will allow you to stream all of your favorite shows. There is a bathroom/laundry room connected to the living room. Continue through to a brand new addition which leads to a brand new large master suite with comfortable king size bed, and a newly renovated master bath with large tile walk in shower. Upstairs leads to two more bedrooms and a full bathroom. There is a bunk room with three twins, and another kingsize bedroom. Our property is on a large lot (a little over an acre) with a beautiful yard leading down to the Shenandoah River. We have just recently built a deck to enjoy the sounds a views of the beautiful river. Use some of the provided wood to make a fire in the fire pit. As you can see from the pictures, our lot is above the river, but we do have a staircase leading down to the river for easy access to the water which is also shared by the property next door. We also own the house next door (to the right as you drive in) and is operated as another airbnb. Feel free to book both for larger groups! Both properties share the staircase, but both have a separate private decks and fire pits to enjoy We are pet friendly, but only for approved pets that are listed on the reservation. We allow house trained pets, with up to date flea/tick medication. Our pet fee covers up to two pets. If you have more, please reach out to us so we can have a conversation. We love pets, but want to make sure we are able to accommodate pets in a way that maintains the quality of our home! Other things to note We allow pets (up to 2) for a $100 fee. The Shenandoah Speedway is a couple miles away on the other side of the river. They very seldom have races, but when they do, you can hear them from our property.
