This spacious studio is in a quiet cul-de-sac and under a half mile walk from the Village of historic Fishkill, NY. Also, only a 10 minute drive to Beacon, NY! It is a private dwelling that includes a full kitchen, 1 new Queen bed, 1 new pull out bed, and a separate room for laundry. Plenty of drawers and closet place caters to up to 4 guests for whichever Hudson Valley activity you're in town for. Come enjoy the atmosphere of this Hudson Valley studio! The space The Private entrance around the rear entrance of the detached building leads you to a staircase that brings you to the studio apartment. The studio has 1 Queen bed, 1 full pull-out bed, a kitchen, full bathroom, and laundry amenities on the lower level. Guest access Guests have access to the entire detached studio apartment (excluding the garage) as well as the yard if they have pets to walk! The pool in the back yard is off limits. Other things to note *PLEASE NOTE* The accessory apartment is above a detached garage. Some mornings the garage door can open as early as 6:00 A.M. *PLEASE NOTE* There is a miniature golden doodle on the property (in the main house) who is super friendly. If your dog is aggressive or unfriendly, our “pet friendly” policy unfortunately turns to a no pet policy.
