For long-term stays (more than 28 nights), I will only accommodate guests that are 21 or older and a max of 2 adults. I will accommodate up to 2 students attending Montclair State University for long term with parents booking and a signed lease VERY IMPORTANT- Applicable to Smokers Only For guests that smoke, there is absolutely no smoking allowed ANYWHERE on the property. This means, not only is it definitely not allowed inside the apartment but also not anywhere on the exterior of the premises which includes, not in the hallway, not the patio area, not by the windows or doorways, not in the front or sides of the property, not by the driveway or parking area. Please be respectful and find an area that is completely off premises to smoke when you need to. Please be aware that there are other guests and/or residents that share the exterior spaces on the premises that do not tolerate secondhand smoke and expect a smoke-free environment. I give you the place with a fresh, nice and smoke-free smell when you arrive.
